RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- An order cancellation may be requested if the order has not yet been shipped, except when a custom or personalized order
- The packaging is meticulously carried out in order to avoid breakage. If there is breakage, contact me within 5 days of receiving your order and send me a photo of the item. The item will be replaced or refunded according to your choice.
- The product does not meet your expectations? Items must be returned in the same condition within 7 days of receipt, at your expense.

- Promotional items and custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged.

TAXES
Provincial and federal taxes are applied in the provinces governed by these taxes. The tax numbers are indicated on your invoice.
PROMOTION CODE
I reserve the right not to honor and to cancel any order from a user who uses a promotional code inappropriately and/or without my consent. Some promotional codes in my shop are reserved for shops, people and events.
OFFER A GIFT
If you are ordering this as a gift, I can ship it directly to whomever you choose.
You can also dictate me a few words for the recipient to attach to the gift.
It is possible to have your gift wrapped for a small cost.
CUSTOMS
